 My name is Lorna Blackburn and I am sending you this letter to let you know about the great service my family received from Nina and Joe Asensio.

We selected them as our agents for both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current home.  We had interviewed Nina and another couple from another realty company and while we liked everyone, we decided to go with Nina and Joe because we had seen several of their signs go up in our neighbourhood with "Sold" already on the sign.

We quickly realized we had made the best choice possible.  We were very nervous about selling, having bought quickly and without much thought about how to sell our home. We had also purchased two weeks before going away on vacation to England. Nina and Joe quickly identified what we needed to do,and proceeded to amaze us with how helpful and supportive they were of our efforts, which were considerable given the amount of work that needed to be done on our home.  They even provided us with some furniture to better "stage" our living room, as well as some accessories.

While on vacation, they kept in constant contact with us, and helped my parents and children deal with the open houses and viewing appointments. Their advertising was great, they did it quickly and beautifully, and they also contacted their list of clients interested in our area. Less than a week after we returned from vacation they had an offer for us, and a week after that we happily saw the "SOLD" sign go up!

Nina and Joe are truly personable, and at the same time very professional. They eventually felt like family, and we feel like we have made new friends in the middle of what could have been a very difficult time for us.  They made my children feel special and even thanked them personally for their efforts to keep their rooms tidy!  My children won't pick up their socks for me, but if I tell them Nina is coming, they are right on it. 

I can't say enough about how effortless they made the process seem, and how well they acted in their roles as the representatives of my home. We always felt very confident in their abilities. They deserved every "thanks" we told them, and I really feel that you should know what great sales representatives you have in the Asensio team.
